Refund PoliciesAll sales are final. Refunds will only be given in special circumstances, or in the event of an error by Legal Pages.
Cancellation PoliciesA member of Legal Pages may cancel their membership at any time by logging into their account.
PaymentsMembers will choose the level of membership (Standard or Elite) and the first months payment will be taken once the direct debit instructions are confirmed at the same time. Membership fees will be due monthly and will be taken by direct debit on the same date each month. If the membership commences on or after the 29th of a particular month then the membership will move to the 1st of the following month to ensure that the varying days in a month are accounted for and the date of payment is consistent each month.
If the direct debit is cancelled or funds for the monthly membership fee are not received by our payment service provider then the membership will be deemed to be cancelled and the members profile will be removed from the Legal Pages website. If a member cancels their direct debit the membership will be cancelled when the next payment is due to be taken, as payment is made in advance.
Search ResultsOur search results are tailored to the user's search parameters they enter on our Website. We have additional tools to help users further target their search by lawyer, firm, location and/or legal topic. Legal Pages member profiles are prioritised in search results.
Violation of These Terms and ConditionsWe may investigate any violation of these Terms and Conditions. We may provide law enforcement with information you provide to us related to your interaction with our Website to assist in any investigation or prosecution of you or others. We may take legal action that we feel is appropriate. You agree that monetary damages may not provide us a sufficient remedy and that we may pursue injunctive or other relief for your violation of these Terms and Conditions. If we determine that you have violated these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws, rules, or regulations, or for any other reason or for no reason, we may cancel your account, delete all your User Content and prevent you from accessing our Website and related services at any time without notice to you. If that happens, you may no longer use our Website and related services. You will still be bound by your obligations under these Terms and Conditions.
