Tori Macleod trained and spent 4 years post-qualification at Allen & Overy before moving to McDermott, Will & Emery where she worked for some 13 years. She has extensive expertise in international and domestic mergers and acquisitions and in fundraisings at all stages of the capital structure. Tori’s background is particularly strong in advising buyers and sellers on M&A transactions, particularly cross-border M&A deals. She has also regularly been involved in international and domestic corporate and energy commercial transactional work. Her comprehensive experience includes work on public company matters, including listed company advisory work. She has been recommended in the Legal 500 under the Projects, Energy and Natural Resources category.
