About My Work

As a Partner at Clifford Chance, I specialise in high-value, complex, and cross-border restructurings, insolvencies, and special situations.

My expertise covers a wide range of sectors and jurisdictions, including the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. I have successfully represented clients in landmark cases involving novel legal frameworks and strategies, such as the first ever use of administration and deeds of company arrangement in ADGM, and the first ever use of a UK restructuring plan. I am passionate about finding creative and effective solutions for my clients, and delivering exceptional results in complex and uncertain scenarios.
