Sophie is an experienced solicitor who advises on all aspects of domestic and cross-border debt finance transactions. Sophie acts for both borrowers and lenders on a wide range of financing transactions, with particular expertise in leveraged, fund and real estate finance matters.

Notable Experience

• Advised on a broad spectrum of finance matters ranging from a recent £130m green loan facility to fund a major student homes development in the UK, to the impact on a large fund borrower of the US mid-range banking crisis.
