About my work

As a partner in the real estate team I advise businesses, professionals and local authorities on a wide range of non-contentious commercial real estate matters across many industry sectors.

I have considerable experience in dealing with high value sales and acquisitions plus lettings acting on behalf of both investors and occupiers.

I also act for lenders in the context of development finance, including finance in the PRS and student accommodation sectors.

My particular specialism is in the provision of commercial property services for the health, care and early years sectors. I have in-depth knowledge and experience in the pharmacy, children’s nursery and education sectors and regularly act for buyers and owner/sellers of these types of businesses.

I enjoy the variety of my work and the challenges each transaction brings, taking a pragmatic approach to any issues that arise and making use of legal technology to ensure the smooth running of each transaction.
