Michael Kwatia qualified as a solicitor after training in London and specialises in commercial and residential property.

Michael’s principle caseload is working on secured lending transactions, sales and leaseback transactions, landlord and tenant matters, property development and other commercial property transactions to include the purchase and sale of businesses together with residential property matters.

He also has experience of Probate, Wills and Trusts; and is a Football Association Registered Lawyer.
