About My Work

Martin specialises in both residential and commercial property law. He has extensive experience advising clients on property development, acquisitions and disposals of freehold sites as well as advising landlords and tenants on business leases and tenancies. He can also advise on sales and purchases of businesses, both corporate and small businesses.

Martin also deals in residential property conveyancing for private clients and agricultural property issues including sales and purchases of land and tenancy agreements.
