About My Work

Mark became a partner of Greene & Greene in December 2012 and is now a director of M L Daly Limited, one of our corporate partners. Qualifying in 2008 at an international practice in Cambridge, he joined the Firm in 2010.

Focussing on strategic commercial contracts, international joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), board advisory matters, financing, shareholder issues, investments and fundraisings, Mark supports private companies, partnerships, entrepreneurs, start-ups, business owners, investors, charities and other organisations on all commercial matters. Mark also has significant experience of acting for main market public companies on M&A, fundraisings and group reorganisations.

Recent experience includes complex international commercial contract negotiations with global corporates, acting for the selling shareholders of private companies, multi-jurisdictional joint ventures and leading on strategic transactions for PLCs.

Mark is a former Chairman of the Bury St Edmunds Business Improvement District, Our Bury St Edmunds, which oversees the promotion and development of the town’s central business district.

Hobbies & Interests

A keen sports fan, Mark enjoys watching the cricket, rugby and football with his partner and sons, alongside the occasional round of golf. Any spare time is spent on DIY projects, gardening and looking after the family dog, cat and three sheep.
