Lucy Eldred

About My Work

My career in property law began in 2008 and I qualified as a solicitor in 2012. More recently I have been the youngest partner of a multi-office law firm.

Throughout my career I have dealt with a wide range of property related matters including overseas property exhibitions, new build properties, unregistered properties, affordable housing schemes and applications for adverse possession, in addition to freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity.

My recent success of reviving a failing residential property department has encouraged my belief that traditional law firm representation in residential property is still very much valued and required.

I have a loyal client following and enjoy getting to know and working closely with my clients to ensure the advice given is tailored to their needs.
