About My Work

Louise is an associate with experience in all aspects of commercial real estate, based in the Milton Keynes office. Louise advises a diverse range of clients including developers, landlords, occupational tenants and landowners in the retail, licensed and leisure, healthcare, hospitality and automotive sectors.

Louise graduated in 2012 with a First Class Bachelor degree in Linguistics and then completed the Graduate Diploma in law at BPP University and the Legal Practice Course with a Master of Science in Law, Business and Management at The University of Law. Louise completed her training contract with Shoosmiths LLP in September 2019, qualifying at the firm in September 2021. During her training contract Louise completed secondments at Mercedes-Benz and Travelodge.

Notable Experience

  • Advising on a global integration project involving multiple properties in a variety of jurisdictions;
  • Managing an international occupational portfolio;
  • Negotiating a multi-million pound lease re-gear of multiple premises for a well-known Hotel and Hospitality brand; and
  • Acting for a property investment company on its property portfolio, including advising on disposals, property management and new leases.
