About My Work

Kiera Vinall has a busy and varied practice and accepts instructions across all Chambers’ Practice Areas, with a focus on criminal and regulatory matters.

Kiera is developing a broad practice covering a spectrum of criminal offences in which she both prosecutes and defends in the Crown, Magistrates’ and Youth Courts.

These include serious violence, drug offences, weapons offences, public order offences, dishonesty offences and road traffic proceedings.

Kiera builds a strong rapport with lay and professional clients, her meticulous case preparation allows her to provide realistic advice and instills confidence in her clients.

Kiera prosecutes on behalf of the CPS, and is a Level 1 Panel Advocate for General Crime. Kiera appears regularly on behalf of the Probation Service in respect of Crown Court breach proceedings.

In respect of quasi-criminal matters, Kiera has experience defending applications for Sexual Harm Prevention Orders and Stalking Protection Orders.

Kiera has a growing professional discipline and regulatory practice and is keen to develop her practice in this area. She is a case presenter for the Nursing and Midwifery Council and has been instructed in interim and substantive fitness to practice hearings.
