John Dowling was born 1953 and educated North Yorkshire. Qualified as solicitor in London, and worked in West End for 15 years before returning to Yorkshire in 1989. Became Senior Partner in Runhams Solicitors in Bradford in 1997, joining Platinum solicitors as consultant in 2013.
