About My Work
Jessica started her career with the firm in 2014 as a Trainee Solicitor and is now a Partner in our Corporate and Commercial team.
Gaining experience over the 2 years as a trainee solicitor with the firm, Jess spent time with each of our legal departments and has been involved in several large property and corporate transactions including the acquisition of a large coffee shop franchise, a disposal and hive up of a company’s car dealership business and a client’s substantial student accommodation development.
Towards the end of her training contract and the beginning of her Solicitor role, Jess completed a 6 month secondment with the in-house legal team at Centre for Process Innovation Group of Companies, where she expanded her knowledge of intellectual property and public procurement, and gained commercial experience of the technology innovation and UK process manufacturing industry.
