About My Work

As the Head of Private Client at Franklins Law, I provide comprehensive and tailored legal services to individuals and families in the areas of Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Probate, Court of Protection matters, and conveyancing. I have over a decade of experience as a qualified solicitor, and I hold full accreditation from the Association of Lifetime Lawyers (formerly SFE) and associate membership from the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP). My mission is to help my clients protect their assets, plan for the future, and navigate complex and sensitive legal issues with empathy and professionalism. I have a strong track record of delivering high-quality and timely results, managing large and diverse caseloads, and developing lasting and trusting relationships with my clients and colleagues. I also have a keen interest and expertise in Elderly Law, having completed several courses and workshops on this topic. I am passionate about providing accessible and affordable legal advice to the elderly and vulnerable members of our community.

Hobbies & Interests

Outside my professional work, I am committed to endurance running and fitness. I am currently training for the Manchester Marathon and a 100K ultra-marathon scheduled for July. Long-distance training requires consistency, self-discipline, and the ability to plan carefully over extended periods while managing competing demands. These qualities reflect my approach to professional life and my commitment to maintaining high standards over the long term.
