Ian Spender

About My Work

Ian is one of only a few full members of The Association of Lifetime Lawyers (formerly known as Solicitors for the Elderly) in South Wales. He is the firm’s Managing Partner, a member of our Conveyancing and Elderly Client Services Departments.

Ian was admitted as a Solicitor in 1991 and is also a Past President of the Neath Port Talbot Law Society.

Hobbies & Interests

Away from the Law one of Ian’s interest is Rugby Union. Having commenced his career with Taibach RFC he then played first class rugby for a number of seasons for Aberavon RFC as well as Bridgend RFC, Maesteg RFC and Neath RFC. He also played representative rugby for Crawshays Welsh RFC, Welsh Academicals RFC, Glamorgan County RFC and Central Glamorgan RFC as well as enjoying touring Canada with Porthcawl RFC Veterans and Maesteg Quins RFC.
