Henry Evans

About My Work

Henry Evans has acted on a range of real estate financing transactions. He represents financial institutions and equity investors, advising on investment facilities and development facilities.

Prior to joining Jones Day in 2021, Henry worked in the London office of a global law firm, where he assisted, among many others, a specialist development lender with a £120 million financing of a residential development and a non-bank lender with a £230 million financing of the acquisition of purpose-built student accommodation assets.
