About My Work

I am the founder of Everyman Justice, providing practical Family Court support to parents and grandparents in Ipswich, across East Anglia, and throughout England and Wales. I assist with Child Arrangements cases, CAFCASS preparation, court applications, position statements, witness statements, case planning, hearing preparation and understanding the Family Court process. My aim is to help people represent themselves with greater confidence, organisation and understanding while keeping the focus on the welfare of the child. Services are provided as a McKenzie Friend and Family Court Support Consultant. I am not a solicitor and do not conduct reserved legal activities.

• Supported parents and grandparents in Child Arrangements Order proceedings, CAFCASS interviews, Section 7 assessments and Family Court hearings.
• Supported clients with court preparation, position statements and Family Court hearing preparation.
