About My Work

Partner and group head of Private Client Hassocks specialising in Private Client.

I undertake all aspects of Private Client work including Wills and Estate Planning, Administration of Estates, Power of Attorney applications and Court of Protection work, Trusts and the general affairs of those clients where we act as Attorney or Deputy. I am experienced in all aspects of Elderly Client Affairs.

I am also a former President of the Sussex Law Society and currently on the committee.

Emma qualified as a Solicitor in September 2003.

Emma works primarily in our Hassocks office but also collaborates closely with colleagues in our other locations.
