About my work

Donna graduated from University College Dublin having completed a bachelor’s in Law. She continued her legal studies at BPP Law School, London, obtaining a Distinction in the Legal Practice Course in 2011. Since then she has worked for a range of regulatory and public bodies. She has gained a wealth of knowledge at the Financial Ombudsman Service, the Office of Fair Trading and OFCOM, working with various sectors including Insurance and Consumer Credit.

Donna gained her Chartered Legal Executive status in 2022, whilst working as a Legal Officer for Trading Standards where she worked on a wide range of legal matters, from illicit tobacco/alcohol, and trade marks to prosecutions for fraud and unfair trading.
