Colin leads the firm’s real estate finance practice. He has extensive experience advising investors and lenders in relation to domestic and international real estate investment and development finance transactions.

Colin specialises in real estate finance. He acts for investors, developers and lenders including private equity real estate investors, banks and debt funds, hotel owners and operators and high-net-worth individuals on the financing of the acquisition and/or development of a broad range of real estate assets in the UK including in the private rented/build-to-rent, student accommodation, and hotels sectors.

Colin is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council.
