I am a commercial lawyer with over twenty years’ experience of commercial agreements and transactions in both private practice and inhouse notably in eCommerce and eMoney.

I have worked inhouse for both start ups and multinational business as well as in private practice .

Specialties: I have specialist experience in eCommerce and the card and other payment methods industry, having been lead legal counsel for both WorldPay Limited and RBS Streamline. I have in depth knowledge and experience of both the commercial arrangements required for such businesses to succeed and the regulatory and card scheme framework in which they operate, and the very busy world of payments and electronic money issuing.

Notable Experience

• Recently provided expert financial services advice during embedded finance specialist Weavr’s acquisition of Comma Payments
• Provided niche support for the electric vehicle sector, including advising EAV Solutions and Green.TV Limited.
