  • Advised Carlyle Global Credit Investment Management. and management on the sale of residential and nursing care the Akari Care Group to US based Omega Healthcare Investors, Inc., a listed US REIT providing financing and capital to the long-term healthcare industry.
  • Advised Begbies Traynor on the administration and sale of assets of Monk Fryston Hall Hotel Limited, an elegant hotel situated in the Vale of York.
  • Advising Ingeus on the property aspects of the government backed employment restart programme. The programme is to create multiple UK employment and retraining hubs to assist in retraining and securing jobs for the many employees displaced or made redundant throughout the pandemic.
  • Advising administrators on the sale of Derby County Football Club.
  • Acted for the Shareholders of Porthaven Group on the sale of the group to Fremont Realty Capital.
