Anthony Turner advises on the full range of corporate transactions, from M&A, complex structuring and equity investments to fundraisings and governance advice. Anthony has a great deal of experience advising clients on transactions in all aspects of the financial services sector.

Anthony understands the dynamics of family businesses, and applies his extensive corporate and commercial expertise to give the best legal and practical advice to his family business clients, to ensure the continued success of the business and the family.
Anthony has throughout his career acted for individual entrepreneurs and their companies across a range of sectors. Anthony advises on the full lifecycle of an entrepreneur, including investment and shareholders’ agreements, fundraisings at all stages, incentive structures and exits. Anthony’s M&A practice is a core element of this advice and he has advised a large number of clients on the successful disposal of their businesses. Anthony also acts for wealthy individuals on their corporate matters, including investments in high-growth companies.
