About My Work

Amy Francis is a tax partner in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP. She advises on all aspects of UK and international taxation, with particular emphasis on corporate, real estate and financial transactions.

Amy has experience advising on the structuring, negotiation and funding of M&A and private equity transactions, including management’s investment, incentive and exit arrangements. Her practice covers both the direct and indirect tax aspects of property-related transactions, where she has advised on a broad range of acquisitions, disposals and reorganisations across multiple jurisdiction.
