I'm Amir Butt, I principally carry out commercial property work, something which I have done since 1999. I am specialist in this field and one of very a few solicitors who have studied this subject at a specialist level. I also carry out some residential property work for the existing clients or where the transaction is out of the ordinary or where there are complex issues with the land. I have dealt with all kind of residential property transactions, being sale, purchases, mortgages, remortgages, transfers, split of title deeds, creation of long leases, site development, portfolio building, sale and purchase of plots of land, distressed sales and purchases.

I deal with all kind of commercial property transactions, being sale, purchases, mortgages, remortgages, transfers, split of title deeds, site development, portfolio building, sale and purchase of plots of land, leases (both for the landlords and the tenants).

I regularly deal with commercial finance, business sales and purchases, acquisition and disposal of commercial properties of all sizes, companies sales and purchases, liquore licensing, dealing with the trustees in bankruptcy and the liquidators.

My instructions range from sale/purchase of a small business to a relatively medium size business.

I also manage the practice of ANB Law Solicitors, property and business solicitors.
