About My Work

Alan Mendham has been a qualified medical negligence solicitor and a member of the Gadsby Wicks team since 2004.

Operating as an experienced Solicitor and Partner, Alan plays an important role in the day-to-day running of the firm, offering an expert eye on a broad range of cases and helping his clients seek justice. This includes acting as a mentor for junior solicitors throughout the business.

"In my role as a Medical Negligence Solicitor and Partner, I am responsible for managing a diverse caseload, as well as overseeing some of the day-to-day operations of the firm.

In addition to this, I take on the important role of mentoring junior solicitors within the practice. Whenever these aspiring legal professionals face challenges or encounter unfamiliar scenarios in their cases, I like to be the first person they turn to for guidance and support.

Hobbies & Interests

I am married with two children, both of whom are competitive swimmers. I am a qualified swimming official and volunteer at a variety of swimming meets in the East of England.
